SIWACIS PIPE
The scalable solution package for water transport
SIWACISPIPE is the electrotechnical solution for planned or existing water pipelines. It includes instrumentation, automation, control technology, WAN communication, power engineering and drive engineering as well as the associated services.

The challenge
The increasing competition in the field of drinking water supply requires plant operators to analyze costs and security of supply continually. The distances between extraction and consumers are often very long, especially in large metropolitan areas, therefore, they need to be an important focus of attention. The challenge is to maintain an equal or higher degree of security of supply while existing costs need to be reduced the plants need to be adapted to changing standards. At the same time, water losses must be detected and located, and the workload of personnel in the fields of operation and maintenance must be reduced.
Our solution
SIWACISPIPE monitors, controls and optimizes water transport from extraction to the consumer. The package includes:
- All the components necessary for the performance of measuring, open-loop and closed-loop control tasks, from measurement techniques to energy generation, from simulation to automation, from monitoring to communication
