With pride Siemens can look back at a long lasting relationship with the Royal Australian and the Royal New Zealand Navies as well as the major Australian shipbuilders. We have equipped the ANZAC class frigates with our systems such as: power generation, power distribution, power conversion, lighting, alarm safety and warning systems, indicating ordering and metering systems, gas turbine controller, integrated platform management system and degaussing system.
With the order for the podded propulsion system for the Canberra class amphibious vessels (JP2048) we hope to continue our relationship with the Navy providing innovative products and solutions for new generations of ships as well as maintenance and upgrade solutions for the ships in service.
