The challenge
Companies need to continually improve their efficiency and so their competitiveness.
Increasingly, small and medium-sized operations, often with a limited amount of machinery, are particularly affected. A comprehensive, integrated complete solution with large engineering and license costs is normally not possible here just for cost reasons.
Our solution
MDA Set is a specially configured product from the OSF IT solution family for the simple and low-cost acquisition and evaluation of machine data.
States (e.g. "machine is producing") can be entered directly from digital inputs and failure reasons entered by the operator from the keypad. A LAN connection module forwards the acquired data directly to the computer.
MDA Set has a very low cost and is ideal for use in small operations or for demonstration and pilot applications.
MDA Set is available in software configuration levels for one or four machines.One status model is already preconfigured.
