The product offering for the CommerceGuardTM system
include container security devices (CSD) which are
installed inside of a cargo container, fixed readers
for dynamic environments and handheld or PC readers
for static environments. All readers provide a way
for a user to read, program, and configure the CSD.
The readers communicate the status of the CSD
immediately to the server for backend reporting. An
optional wireless communication unit is offered for
transmitting event data to backbone servers when no
LAN connection is present.
