In future, the new company, in which Siemens and Kappa each have a 50 per cent holding, will be responsible for maintaining the Kappa factory in Obertsrot. To this end, Siekap and Kappa Badenkarton have finalized a service-oriented maintenance contract with an annual value of around 4 million EUR.
