Apart from the “basics” – the ongoing improvement of the electrical equipment –, we are driven by the search for technological solutions for process optimization. A key role in this context is the combination of process knowledge and advanced IT. Examples of successful solutions include the creation of a consistently transparent process chain from the mining equipment to the control station or the fully automated Web-based control of the complex material movements. With regard to dressing and preparation, we use improved procedures and mathematical models to make direct interventions in the process itself.
