Our solution

SIROLLCIS ALU addresses the complex technological correlations of hot-rolling and cold-rolling of aluminium strip and foil. This includes, for example, optimizing thickness, profile and flatness using process models, controllers and neural networks, from the rolling temperature to the material flow model. In this way, the strip geometry can be improved right from the beginning of the strip, scrap can be minimized and production can be arranged more flexibly. Our drive solutions have proven themselves in more than 500 mill applications worldwide and provide the right “drive”.
