Since set up and operation of an efficiant service organization are time -and cost-intensive, you do not have a worldwide service and logistics network which is required to meet these challenges efficiently and promptly?

Our solution
With our holistic solution "Services for Frequency Converters", we offer you services for every product phase either in our workshop or on site:

- During the development of your products we support you with comprehensive product know-how and reporting from the actual product line of the inhouse repairs as well as of the experience from services on site.

- In the production phase we support you with the execution of customer-specific configuration services adapted to their technical requirements and product variants. This includes the configuration, the installation and the change management for the products as well as planning and scheduling, warehouse management and material delivery logistics.

- In the operation and maintenance phase we support you with repair services adapted to your technical and logistics needs. Besides carrying out repairs, this also includes professional returns management as well as a series of additional technical, logistics and administrative services.
We carry out Inhouse repairs at Siemens voltage system converters of all production series based on the transmission delays provided by the manufacturer (7-10days) up to the Turnaround Ultra service within 24h. Onsite repairs are carried out worldwide in the context of 24h/265days on-call services.
We also support you with rollout and updating during the implementation of your special projects, adapted to your technical and logistics needs. This includes professional project and network management within the scope of planned / unplanned actions with on-site measures for setting up and commissioning switchgears or for restoring, improving or preventing damage. In this phase we also offer product configuration, installation and product modification customized to your requirements.

- During product discontinuation or phase out we support you with the end-of-product-lifecycle services focused on your core competences with respect to producing and marketing innovative products without loss of service quality for your established products. This can includes an individual orders for reproducing small quantities through to assumption of complete product responsibility.

At our locations around the world we have the technical and logistical know-how at our disposal to process projects according to your requirements. In addition to the services offered here, you can also take advantage of appropriate technical, logistical, administrative and consulting services to optimally round off the whole package. By transferring technical and logistics processes to us, you can optimize your costs in meeting your customers´ individual requirements.
