Individually-combined services for rapid solution of technical problems and economical improvement of plant availability.

Our principal aim is to join forces with your maintenance team in order to provide you with the best possible support in solving your technical problems. We offer a variety of services in the field of corrective and preventive maintenance. Our individually configured plant service package aligned with the customer´s plant and the skill level of the staff offers the most effective form of support. And all that at preferential prices for hourly rates and spare parts.
 
The challenge
Even the most modern and efficient technology and the most professional maintenance cannot totally rule out technical faults and the associated disruptions to production. However, many of the technical problems typical in the operating phase can often not be solved by Internet or telephone support provided by the component manufacturer, nor even by conventional product service.

Our solution



Our plant service considers not only the electrotechnical components themselves, but also their technical environment in the plant.
A global service infrastructure and highly qualified staff form the backbone of our plant service. Our technology includes automation and drives, SCADA systems, process/production control, industrial information and communication systems, power systems, measurement, open-loop and closed loop control as well as display technology.

At the servicing level, we offer support as needed with basic services at standard prices and standard service parameters.
In the event of a disruption you can reach us around the clock at +49 (180) 1-737373. Upon receiving your fault report, a technician calls back with providing Phone Support to help rectify your problem. If the problem cannot be solved, a service engineer will come inside regular working hours for Systems Trouble-shooting. Our basic services also include Procurement of Spare Parts, as well as Repair and Replacement of defective components.

A plant service contract offers On-Call Service with reliable access to the know-how you require from our specialists, who will arrive at your plant within a response time designed to fit your individual processes. If the technical prerequisites are on hand, the most effective option is On-Call and Remote Services. Imminent disruptions can be identified and analyzed in time via telephone or Internet, thus avoiding downtimes and minimizing travel costs. In order to minimize disruptions, we support proactive maintenance. This ranges from Technical Consulting, Inspection and Preventive Maintenance, whereby we regularly undertake a range of inspection and maintenance work in accordance with agreed maintenance cycles, right through to Supply of Spare Parts.
