China National Erzhong Group Co.(Former The Second Heavy Machinery Plant, hereinafter abbreviated China Erzhong) is situated in Deyang, a heavy industrial city on the west plain of Sichuan province. It is the largest heavy machine-building base and the machinery localization base for the very important technical equipment in China. Its technical centre is composed of Heavy Machinery Design and Research Institute, Heavy Casting and Forging Research Institute, Technology Research Institute and the research institutes of other specialities, which can give energetic support to the development of the new technique and the products.

China Erzhong is equipped with modern equipment. It possesses more than 6600 sets of various kinds of manufacturing equipments. It has the capability in smelting, foundry, forging, heat-treatment, machining, assembling, and the services after sales. So it can produce 600 tons of super purity liquid steel at one time, 400 tons of high quality ingot, 400 tons of high quality casting, 200 tons of high quality forging. The machining capability for the heavy duty complicated parts and components can be performed as well. It also has the transportation capability from 40t up to 400t by means of road, railway and water.

China Erzhong has a perfect quality assurance system and obtained ISO 9000 quality system certification. It possesses advanced inspection equipment and technique, such as linear accelerator etc. which can guarantee high quality products for the customers.
